Be the bridge between how a business works and the systems that run it. You'll help clients map their processes, choose and configure the right tools, and put AI to work where it truly helps.

What you'll do

Map current and future-state processes with clients and their teams
Gather requirements and translate them into clear system configurations
Configure and improve CRM, ERP, and line-of-business systems
Write the documentation, SOPs, and training that make changes stick

Automation Controls Specialist

Help industrial and operations clients keep their equipment and data working together. You'll support control systems on the plant floor and connect them safely to the business systems and AI tools above them.

What you'll do

Support, troubleshoot, and improve PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
Connect plant-floor data to reporting and business systems securely
Document control logic, changes, and procedures
Work on-site with clients in manufacturing, mining, chemical, and food operations

What helps

Background in industrial automation, controls, or electrical systems
Hands-on experience with PLCs and HMIs
